My Journey
My exploration with psychedelics began in my twenties, woven into the vibrant energy of Amsterdam’s nightlife. Amidst those experiences, I often found myself returning to stillness—sitting alone on my balcony, feeling a quiet awe and a deep sense of calm. A pivotal moment came after a long night in Berlin, when, for the first time, I opened up to a friend about my childhood. That conversation touched something deeper, revealing the ways my past continued to shape my life.

In my early thirties, I felt the pull to engage with psychedelics more intentionally. I stepped into my first retreat, uncertain of what I would find but aware that something within me was asking to be seen. That experience changed everything. For the first time, I felt a profound connection to my heart—something beyond thoughts, beyond words. Since then, my path has been one of deepening into that space, learning to move from the heart rather than the head.

My Work
Today, my work is an extension of this journey. I guide individuals in mindful, somatic exploration—whether through one-on-one Hakomi therapy or psychedelic-assisted exploration. My approach is rooted in presence, creating a safe and attuned space where unconscious patterns can gently surface and shift.

I have trained in Hakomi therapy, a mindfulness-based somatic approach that invites subtle exploration of unconscious patterns, and I am a certified psychedelic facilitator, trauma-informed, and well-versed in creating safe, intentional spaces for deep inner work.
Beyond technique, my work is about deep listening—both to what is spoken and to what emerges in silence. I do not believe in fixing or forcing change. Instead, I hold space for what wants to unfold naturally, allowing insight and transformation to arise in their own time.
My Colleagues
During my time working at the Synthesis Institute, I met Hanneke Meesters, a grounded and soulful presence with whom I have facilitated many retreats. We are like two peas in a pod—having learned to read and write together in the language of this work, moving in deep attunement as we support others on their journeys.

Later, I was introduced to Graham—first as a client, and later as a co-facilitator and retreat organizer. I deeply admire his gentleness and have come to know him as an honest, caring, and loving person.

In my role as a Somatic Meditation Group Leader, I lead meditation groups supported by the compound Kanna. My primary goal is to guide participants in connecting with their bodies, cultivating mindful awareness, and integrating the subtle effects of Kanna into their personal transformation. In my private practice, I work with individuals 1:1, offering Somatic Therapy sessions integrated with Hakomi® principles. This approach combines mindfulness and somatic interventions to explore the unconscious patterns shaping emotional and mental experiences. I create a safe

I guide clients through the process of deep self-exploration, providing preparation and integration support before, during, and after their psychedelic experiences. My work centers on mindfulness, somatic awareness, and intentionality, helping clients to gain clarity, self-awareness, and emotional growth. As I continue my training in Hakomi®, I now integrate its core principles into my practice, creating an even deeper connection between body awareness, mindfulness, and the exploration of unconscious patterns
