Aestra Retreats is focussed on providing the best possible psychedelic retreat experience to Helping Professionals. Our goal is to help you enter into a healthy and supportive relationship with these powerful methods of self attunement and self discovery. Our intention is to model the best possible way for you to explore new ways of connecting with you Inner Healing Intelligence.
More Facilitator Support
Our belief is that having more support available sets up out journeyers for success. In group retreats, for every 2 participants, we provide a minimum of 1 facilitator. With this ration, our team is well resources and available to help you safely explore wherever your journey takes you.
Being "In Retreat"
You are allowed to receive support. We're here to nourish you and to help you self-attune. What does you heart have to say to you? If you put your phone away, what emerges for you? What insights await when you slow down and allow others to care for you? Who are you when you aren't focussed on helping others?
Ample Preparation
Before settings off on your psychedelic quest, we will help you to prepare for the journey ahead. During your 4 online group preparation sessions, we will guide you on an inner exploration to flight-check for the adventure ahead. From practical considerations, to emotion attunement, to self-awareness and the roles that hope and meaning have in your life, we intend for you to be well equipped to soar.
A Safe Space to Journey
Our skilled team of facilitators is ready to hold the space for you. In your "everyday life" as a helping professional, you may need to carry much for other. In this space, our team is here to hold space for you, support you, and nourish you. We invite you to sit back, lay back. We got you!
Multiple Ways of Knowing
We each exist in multiple dimensions of being. There is deep wisdom in the body and knowing in the heart. We invite you to explore the messages in your body and what desires grow in your heart. Somatic work, Hakomi, Metta (Loving-Kindness), Existential Analysis & IFS parts work are all doorways towards you.
Lasting Integration
We are here to help you safely land after your psychedelic quest. During your 4 online group integration sessions, we will lead you through key layers of your existence that may have been touched by your psychedelic voyage. Digesting insights can be greatly support in a caring community. Your fellow adventurers are here to share their stories and receive your visions. You are loved and you belong.
